An Investor First
Stephanie’s path into real estate began when she purchased her first home right after college as a house hack, a move that launched her into early homeownership and set off a passion for everything that followed.
What began as a personal investment grew into a full career spanning property management, short and long term rentals, house flipping and interior design. Investing gave her the freedom to design a life she loves, working on projects while traveling the world.
Her career spans multiple industries, from entrepreneurship to consulting for global firms, which is where the business sense and the ability to adapt quickly come from. After nearly a decade living in different parts of the country and abroad, she returned to Northern Virginia to lay down roots, because as she puts it, there is no place like home.
Today she works with first time buyers, move up sellers and investors across Fairfax County, Alexandria and Prince William County, in English or Chinese.
